David Berteletti, CPA, MST
David brings over 20 years of experience servicing the tax and accounting needs of successful closely held businesses. He has extensive experience dealing with service-related industries, high net worth individuals and issues concerning wealth and estate planning.  David received a bachelor’s degree in Management with an Accounting concentration from Boston College. He also earned a master’s degree in Taxation from Bentley College. He holds various licenses and registrations with the National Association of Security Dealers and the Massachusetts Division of Insurance. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Michael Desrochers, CPA, CVA
Michael holds a bachelors degree in accounting from the University of Massachusetts.  He has a solid track record of success providing accounting, auditing, tax advisory and management consulting services to both corporations and to high net worth individuals. He also leads the firm's Business Valuation Advisory services.  Michael is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.

Paul C. Fuerst, CPA
Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Syracuse University School of Management. He has significant experience in corporate tax planning, business transaction advisory and compensation matters. Paul focuses his expertise on successful closely held businesses concentrating on manufacturing, distribution, real estate, service organizations, medical professionals and employee benefit and retirement plans. He is a member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
